‘Love for Sale’…but not quite sold.

During the viewing of ‘Love for Sale‘, I was able to compare and commentate on the cultural differences in the film to that of my own. The following is my reflection of the film and how I believe my own cultural background and experiences have impacted both how and why I made sense of the film, its context and most importantly, my tweets.

I was born in England to an English mother and Kiwi father. I was born into a Jewish family so the values and traditions that I was bought up with made me understand that everyone is different in how they go about their daily lives. Most importantly I was taught that regardless of what different peoples values are in reference to religion, beliefs, food and culture, we are respected for our choices.
